"Gabrielino Peace"

I titled this painting "Gabrielino Peace" because the hiking trail is called Gabrielino Trail, but really it's a painting of Switzer Creek. I tried to capture the peaceful feeling that I got when I was there, and the way the light was coming through the trees and reflecting off the water.
